I am a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and have worked for restaurants, cheese and wine shops, and gourmet markets in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and Seattle. I have more than a decade of experience developing recipes for cookbooks, online publications, marketing materials, websites and food businesses.

I write, develop and photograph any kind of recipe you need. I can adapt recipes for specific diet plans and create recipes using specific ingredients. I can write recipes for hard-core foodies, home cooks, health fanatics or busy parents. My recipes are tested to perfection and reliably good.

I develop weekly recipes for, developed meal plans, and write blog posts about food, cooking, health and wellness. Cheese Expert: As the Cheese Expert for 9 years, I developed hundreds of recipes for cheese lovers, including appetizers, salads, main courses and desserts.
